Imagine Death Doula services

Life has a start and an end. We celebrate birth with baby showers and gifts from loved ones, while death brings sadness and grief. However, like birth, death is also part of our journey and can be viewed differently with preparation and celebration.

Through Imagine Death Doula services, I help you prepare, plan, and celebrate your life and transition. This service is for anyone who is alive and views death as a transition, not an end. Beyond death, Imagine Death Doula services help you understand your mortality and connect with your true self. Together, we will combine your life experiences with the wisdom you will leave behind.

Death will prompt you to look at 5 important areas of your life to get ready for the celebration of returning to spirit. These areas are:

Physical - looks at how you wish to be cared for in your body.
Emotional - considers your emotional health and relationships that may need healing or letting go.
Spiritual - examines your wishes for spiritual beliefs and practices.
Mental - reflects on your legacy, achievements, and the beliefs that shape who you are.
Practical - addresses the logistical aspects needed for your care plan.

Clearly outlining important areas of your life is essential for your family, medical staff, friends, and anyone involved in your care as you transition. Facing death allows you to think about what matters most to you and provides a way to share those wishes.

As an Imagine Death Doula, I offer many services, including:

  • Supporting those who are grieving

  • Helping caregivers, family, and friends

  • Assisting with end-of-life decisions

  • Creating a special transition celebration

  • Outlining your transition care and post-transition celebration.

    HOW DOES IT WORK: Imagine Death Doula services are unique because each session includes a card reading for spiritual guidance. You'll have 7 sessions over 12 weeks, each is 90 minutes. You’ll be send 5 worksheets focusing on the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, and practical aspects of life. You can work through them with me or complete them on your own. Together, we’ll create a plan for each area of your life. This is your personal journey, and I’m here to support you in filling it with love, forgiveness, healing, and peace.

You will schedule the first session at checkout, during that session, the remaining 6 sessions will be scheduled. The total cost for all 7 sessions is $730
